Food's great but after I told the girl at the counter that my boyfriend and I were paying separately she said she knew but then... proceeded to ring us up together. And then when I asked if it was $20 for one pasta bowl she looked at me like I was stupid.Then she switched our orders so I was paying for my boyfriend's and he paid for mine. My husband and I eat here every time we are at the mall because it is our favorite! If this place was closer to home, we'd... probably eat here like, 2- times a week, ha ha! Our go-to is the Chef's favorite piada with hot fried chicken! It is sooo good!If you love spicy, I would definitely recommend it. Everything we have tried here has been excellent, though (Their bacon isliterally the best bacon I've had in Minnesota! Crispy and done perfectly)! I highly recommend this place! Read more
Get the avocado wrap with crispy chicken, you won't be disappointed. The sweet corn and tomatoes used in the wrap is delicious... and everything is very fresh. Piada is one of my favorites in the area, the other wraps are great too. I don't care for theirMac and cheese but everything else is terrific. Read more
Been eating here all the time, food are great, prices are great. I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars but unfortunately... there was one guy that was really rude! Guy with the long blonde hair. Got an attitude problem! Next time be nice to yourcustomer! If you are having a bad day, don?t bring it to work. My first time eating at a Piada location. They have all the perks of a solid fast casual choice- more elevated than what you can... get at a drive thru without stinging your wallet. Good portions for the price. I ordered a BLT Piada with grilled chicken and itwas quite good! It is really rewarding as a customer to watch them prepare the wrap fresh. There was a line when we arrived butit was managed well by the staff. Great spot if you need to refuel and keep shopping! Read more
I read the reviews and it sounded like a place I could try. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. The food looks great,... specially the salads (I probably should have ordered a salad.) I ordered pasta with hot fried chicken. Here is why I rated it2-stars. Pros: It's decently priced Portions are good Pasta cooked well Cons: - Hot fried chicken is.... HOT! I eat veryspicy food, so I tolerated it. But if you don't, this side dish is NOT for you. - The pasta sauce was not very rich. - I foundTWO hairs on my food. As I was eating there was this long hair on my pasta which got on my mouth (yuck) I had to pull it out mymouth. I was hungry, so I honestly just moved aside the area in the plate from whence the hair was. Even I was disgusted, I washungry so kept eating. Lo and behold, I kept looking to see if there was some more (since I had already been traumatized) andyes, I found another small hair! I had enough, I didn't even feel like taking a picture. I closed my plate and tossed it. Ididn't want to be that person to cause a scene or anything, so I didn't complain there. I don't want my money back, either.. AllI ask (if the owners or managers are reading this) please give your employees some hair nets or something to prevent this fromhappening in the future. Yum! I actually had a negative experience at Piada years ago but decided to give it another shot and I?m so glad I did! The... penne with pesto add grilled chicken was so good! A small was plenty of food. Overall a really nice mid-shopping day lunch. Read more
