Don't bother ordering after 7 pm. They won't let you pick up your pizza!!! If it's posted that the business is open until 8 pm,... then why is the door locked before then??? Management needs to Revamp the customer service and closing procedures. I ordered apizza tonight for pick up and arrived shortly before the posted 8 pm close time to get it. Place was dark, locked, everythingwas put away and cleaned up. No way it was that closed without starting early. There was no posted indication on the door orstated during my call they were closing early. I knocked multiple times, tried calling multiple times to see what was going on.I wasted too much time trying to get my family pizza which I could visibly see sitting in the cooler behind the register. 2people were still in the back -- they ignored my knocking and gestures to check the clock. I grabbed a paper bag from my car andwrote on it that I was there before 8 pm. Shortly after 8:07 the lights came back on and I thought they would help me knowingthey were caught red-handed for locking up earlier than posted and feeling guilty. Turns out I waited 10 additional minutesbefore heading out for no reason. Everyone was frustrated. Ordered yesterday around 7pm. Order number 8952155663302657. I asked for extra sauce like I always do and there's basically no... sauce. I've never had trouble in the past so hopefully you can talk with your crew about how much sauce is supposed to go a apie without any customizations. If this is the standard then it's unacceptable. Papa Murphy's is probably our favorite pizza place. I can't say that we've ever been disappointed with any order...from any... location. This location happens to be our favorite. The reason is because of the employees. They have the most awesome crewhere. They are always polite...and...cheerful. One manager in particular...Gracie...is especially fantastic. She remembers usEVERY time we order. For the amount of folks who stop in there on a daily basis...that's pretty impressive. We typically orderon Tuesdays when any large pizza [specialty...or...up to five toppings] is just $10.00. The Gourmet Vegetarian is our go-to.They load on the cheese...and...toppings. Updated 11/12: Still consistently an issue. Lots of issues with the dough being very bubbly lately. It's no fun to have to... constantly watch a pizza cook & vigilantly pop bubbles. Love the pizza, not a fan of the new system that is now asking fortips. Your job is to make me a pizza which I cook, why should I be prompted digitally for a tip... super annoying... tippingculture is getting out of hand. Pay your employees better... it?s not my job to pay them for you. Tipping you for making mypizza is like being asked to tip the cashier at the grocery store. Read more

We have had pizza here at this store many times and it has been fine. Yesterday it was not, toppings we're wrong. Not the end of... the world but I wanted to mention in the online survey to read the whole order on the ticket instead of just the first line.However the survey wants a store number. There is no store number on the receipt and after you fill out the survey online thereis no submit button. Really? Read more
