The pick up station is not clearly marked. I received attitude from employees for not checking the rack. As a first time... customer and someone who was in restaurant management I?m shook. The position of this rack was so poorly placed there would beno reason to check there unless you had been into that location previously. The label of the rack faces the employees and notthe general public. Next time go to the EP location and you?ll be greeted with nicer employees and a clearly marked pick upplace. Been ordering online from this Papa Murphy's regularly since August, once or twice a week, and they always get it made right and... on time for pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Read more

I'm not sure if this a papa muphy's issue or an app issue, but either way, it's unfortunate that if you try to order after 8:30... on the app the order wont go through because they close at 9. All they do is put toppings on dough so it really doesn't take 30whole minutes to make. You can order from real restaurants that actually cook your food within the last 30 minutes, you shouldbe able to here too. Read more

We used to purchase pizza here every week and twice during football season. But lately, the pizzas are not made well and they... are out of side dishes way too often. Tonight the pizza had no cheese around the edge of the entire pizza. About 2 inches of redsauce and no cheese until the middle. I asked for a side dish, they did not have. High turnover of employees and seemed to bepoorly trained. My suggestion, pay your employees more to retain them and maybe the pizzas would be more consistent. 11/20/2019 Once again the assistant manger "Tom" made me feel very uneasy. I ordered a 5 cheese bread and an XLNY. I really... enjoy the value and quality of your food... But I asked "Tom" for a bag for my cheese bread and sauce...He rolled his eye's atme... like Really?? I was the only customer... My Dad owed 5 pizza place's ... So I understand what being under the gun is inthe pizza game.. Customer service is always supposed to be #1 and Tom made me feel more like #2 if you know what I mean. came in at 8:15pm, they close at 9, and i asked for a regular cheesy bread. paid for it, and was given a deep dish cheesy bread.... so i said that?s not what i wanted, and id like my money back so i can just go to a different location to get it. Cashier didn?tknow how to refund, so another worker came and said ?let me show you something? to her coworker, they came back out and saidthey?d make me a fresh one. great! took it home, made it, and they used a regular pizza crust! we cooked it for the right amountof time and heat, and it was burnt because they decided to put it on a pizza crust instead of the cheesy bread dough. it washorrible. couldn?t even eat it. Papa Murphy's has my favorite crust of any pizza place, both in taste and texture. Thislocation in particular has amazingly fun and friendly staff. I come every week for $10 Tuesday. Read more
