I would give ZERO stars if possible, but it wouldn?t let me post without giving at least one star. I have never had such a... terrible experience at McDonald?s. The person taking our order was so rude! Then we got to the pay window, and no one was there,so we pulled forward, and then they were like ?you didn?t pay?. They didn?t know what our order was. We got a kids meal with noburger in it. Absolutely terrible! I will NEVER be back at this location. It takes a lot for me to write a review; I?m one whounderstands that there are off days and short staffed, but I?ve had better service from a fast food place that had only twoworkers. Read more
Our food was fine?but when I questioned the young woman at pick-up window about our missing orange juice she started drilling me... about what we ordered (two meals with two OJs?and it went on and on far too long). Long story short she was rude and stillchipping at me after she gave us the orange juice. Seriously shocked at her inability to process the situation and hand over asmall orange juice. Got a sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin. It was freshly cooked, sausage was great, egg was perfect, cheese was melted. It was... freshly made. On the rare occasion you get a breakfast sandwich that hasn't been sitting in the warmer for 25 minutes, they aregreat. Read more
I rarely go to Mc Donald?s but I went there with a friend to celebrate. The food was as good as I remember, it was more like the... manager?s attitude towards her coworkers that really upset us. I got a sense that the younger workers where intimidated by herand as someone who works as a cashier, that?s a big no no. Read more
The first impression a guest gets of a restaurant is how well they keep their premises clean. Walk in and the outside garbage... in unit is overflowing with garbage. I visit the restroom and the garbage is overflowing and water all over the counter. I wentto place my order and the cashier did not know how to handle a complimentary meal card. Had to ask another associate and then amanager. The cashier had an issue with almost every guest she encountered. Looks like training isn't done here very well. Wentto get ketchup at the drink station and it was empty for some time based on the dried splatter on the counter from when it spitsout air when empty. Told the cashier and the manager just said give ketchup packets. I was in the restaurant for an hour andstill not changed. The garbage receptacles were overflowing and not attended to either. Went to sit down at my table and therewas dried ketchup on it and a dead fly out something. Looked at the surrounding window near my table and they all had cobwebs, dead bugs and flies and food particles. This restaurant does not clean under the tables and ledges. Wooden shutters are full ofdust. Glass on the front doors full of handprints. The company owner needs to do something to get this restaurant back to cleanstandards or for managers in that will. We loved that they were open 24/7 so we stopped on our way to the airport at 5 am. It?s an easy off/on location at exit 6A. My... son got the Big Breakfast and I got the sausage egg McMuffin. Typical McDonalds food that came to us hot. Interesting customerservice we never received before. My son could not make up his mind on his drink choice. It took him maybe 10 seconds to figureout what he wanted and while he was deciding, the employee stated ?I am waiting?. We chuckled cause it was both rude and funny. Read more
It was my first time getting a half cooked hamburger Patti from McDonald's. It was like a medium rare burger. Which I never... order at any restaurant because I like my food to be cooked well done. Will be my last time ordering a double quarter pounderfrom McDonald's. Otherwise that this location is great and very friendly. Read more
I understand with supply and demand that Happy Meal toys can run out of stock. But if that's the case, the customer should be... informed of this prior to completing their purchase. Not when they get home with a receipt that reads Surprise Toy and the onlysurprise is that there isn't a toy. Not mad, just disappointed. I'll stick with my local location rather than this one.
