I live about 5 minutes away and it took an hour to get delivered. I don?t understand what could have possibly taken so long.... Definitely not ?freaky fast?. bunch of unfriendly kids working at this store. not even acknowledged when i walked in. they didn't call me by my name or... sandwich number, they called me out by another name, pretty sure they were making fun of me because all the kids workinglaughed. the driver guy is chill, but i won't come back. Well they were not freaky fast. They were actually freakishly incapable and rude. My wife and I were at an event at a church. We... ordered so we didn?t have to leave our booth. And we left instructions on how to deliver to us. Those instructions were ignored.When we called to check on delivery the delivery driver told my wife that ?since she is at door one can?t she just walk aroundto door 9?. Instead of saying I am sorry for the mix up let me try to fix this. He just said ?it was an honest mistake in a veryrude tone.? So she had to leave the building and go over to a completely different part a school and get buzzed in to pick upthe food which was left on a cart. Read more
Placed in online order for the weekend and received a call from the manager saying they are closed weekends due to staffing... issues. He worked with other local stores and transferred the order there so I would still get the delivery. I am impressed withhow the manager handled the situation with a call demeanor and worked to find a solution. Luckily I work across the street so Iwill be able to continue to show how much I appreciate their awesomeness by ordering during the week. I know once they get morestaff I can look forward to great service on the weekends again. Read more

Took almost an 45 minutes to receive one sandwich! And it was incorrect. I absolutely HATE tomato?s and they still put them on... there. I could have been allergic! AND they forgot to cut my sandwich in half. It also had quac on it and I didn?t want thateither. This store is only 6 minutes from my job and it should have not taken that long ! Freaky fast my butt.
