Google Maps indicated this store was open until 7:30 pm. I walked in around 3 pm and learned that it's regular hours were... 7:30-11 am. That's ridiculous! Read more

They got our small order wrong, and we're very rude! The big burrley dude handing food kept yelling everytime "no name, order... for no name" and they don't ask for your name! Seriously, just call out the order. I told them my name wasn't asked, and he'slike it should have, " well what's your name? " I told him, and he starts trying to embarrass me In front of everyone since Icalled him out on that. Read more

This is the worst Duncan Donuts I have ever visited. I ordered two beyond sausage patties with no cheese or egg. The cashier... asked if I wanted the sandwiches on Texas toast or crossaints because they didn't have any more English muffins. I said Texastoast. I also ordered two iced cappuccinos. I tried to order an iced latte with almond milk but the cashier also informed methey were out of almond milk. I told her I did not want that drink then. I was handed out the first drink and my food. We had togo up to the counter and ask for the second drink to be made because they forgot it. They hand out the second drink and werealize that they gave us two different drinks, when they were supposed to both be iced cappuccinos. They gave us one icedcappuccinos and one iced latte (the drink that I had told them to cancel ) I thought no big deal, I'll let it slide. I got outin the car to check my food order and discovered that they had literally messed up every aspect of it. Not only were the beyondsausage pattys on croissants, both of them had egg and cheese on them. They also includes two separate pieces of Texas toast. They could not have screwed the order up more if they tried. So if you do decide to visit this duncan, double and triple checkthey have your order right!!! Read more

We went to the Eagan location early on a Sunday. We loved their Turkey sausage- egg sandwiches. My small coffee was not placed... on the counter. Reason- they were making new coffee. Did they tell me, No! Later, Two cookies were advertised as $1.19. When mywife tried to buy the advertised special it was charged at $1.69. My wife questioned it and the cashier went to get the personin charge. They both reviewed the cash register and then failed to convey anything. She came back to me and said you won'tbelieve this. To survive their new investment, the owners better train and empower their staff. Apparently the cash register andsigns differed. Meanwhile customers were coming in and rather than deal with us they never asked what they can do. The price wasnever determined. We were never serviced re- the cookies, and they offered no explanation. We asked and paid for a coffeerefill and when she asked if they came up with an answer on the cookies she was told. She said, "I guess we will have tochange the price of the lighted sign." Service poor, no follow up with great food and coffee dropped the review 2 pointsminimum. Read more

On Saturday November 3rd at 1030 am, there were no more than 6 people in line. The lady in front of me ordered only a shot of... espresso and I a large vanilla iced coffee. After the third attempt on getting my order right, I was waiting for over 20 min.Meanwhile the employees were chattering amongst themselves, making their own drinks and drinking them while making customersorders as well. Unsanitary, irresponsible, unprofessional and unacceptable. Bring your own coffee. Read more

I should of Read the reviews but I went there anyway and it wasn?t even busy. It was just one other person there that ordered... already so I figured my order will be quick but it wasn?t. Waited for 25 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich, somehashbrowns, a coffee, and two donuts. Not only that but the hashbrowns turned out harder than hockey pucks and burnt. When Igot my breakfast sandwich, you could tell they left it into long because it was burned as well. The waffle breakfast sandwich issupposed to be soft but mine hard and crispy. After I got everything, they pretty much went to the corner I was talking toeach other in private and I?m trying to wave them down to tell them they forgot my two donuts and when I finally got my donuts, one of the guy dropped one of them on the floor and it was the last two! At that point I told him forget it and left. Out ofall the Dunkin? Donuts I?ve been to, that one by far is the worst I ever been to and I won?t be going back. Read more
