I didn't know it was a take and bake pizza...very disappointed in my very undercooked pizzas . On top of that, I ordered pan... pizzas and they were all hand tossed instead. Major fail domino's. This is after giving them another couple of chances afterwaiting over 4 hours for my pizzas one of the last times I ordered delivery from this store. Read more
8/15/22 Updated review: seems safe to order from here again. I'm unsure about delivery, but my family has done takeout twice... recently with great service and tasty pizza. Previous review 2/2022:Dunno what happened, but this particular shop went downhillover the past six months. The last time I ordered delivery, the ETA was set to simply "today" leaving me with no idea when myfood would turn up. I decided to do pick up only after that, unfortunately, when I ordered pick up, they not only refused togive us the jalapeno bread we ordered and pre-paid for, my nephew was left to wait over a half an hour after our order wassupposed to be done, where he witnessed the manager berate an overwhelmed staff but refuse to help andwatched people recieve,open, and then return the wrong orders, which were then served to other people,. So unfortunately, w will no longer order fromhere. Hopefully they decide to pay better and are able to keep better management in the future. For now, beware! Read more
It seems like every time I order from here, I wait two hours. Their pizza is not great but, it's cheap... Definitely not worth... waiting two hours for. I can go to a sit-down Italian restaurant and not wait 2 hours. It's kind of absurd. Read more
Ordered 3 large pizzas at 8 pm. Was told to expect them at 830 pm. After waiting till 9 pm I call back and eventually get to... speak to someone. I tell them the pizzas late and were are they. ???? o there next to be made and then our next avaliabledriver will deliver them. Like you guys are that busy on a random Tuesday night. Normally we love dominos but this time it was a disaster! Got home the first time and my pizza that was supposed to have extra... steak, it had none and had to go back up there because no one would answer the phone and this is the pizza they remade for meafter offering to just make some steak for me to throw on to the one they messed up. Not to mention the pizzas were supposed tobe hand tossed and the crust was as thin as paper. Read more
Food is good. Service is not! I order online ahead if time and they give an estimated time (10 minute window) The last... several times, it has been much longer than that! :( Ordering 1 pizza on a weeknight should not take over an hour forpickup!!! Still waiting! My Dominos Tracker still says "Prep" 56 minutes after my order was placed! ugh! Tried calling thestore to cancel my order, but they don't answer. Read more
We have ordered from here countless times over the years...both for pick-up...and...delivery. Not every order has been a... five-star experience but...many also have been. I am basing today's review on today's order. I ordered online shortly after theyopened...and...was quoted forty five minutes for delivery. I expected that as deep dish pizzas take longer tobake...and...everyone's short-staffed currently...doing the best they can with the staff they do have. I ordered a mediumone-topping deep dish pizza...and...small order of bread bites. [I LOVE those things. Haha!] I chose a 20% off the entire ordercoupon as it fit best with what we were getting. The total...after all fees/discounts...and...not including tip was: $21.00. [Irounded-up for Saint Jude's like always!] It was kind of steep but...I guess that's also expected these days. That certainlybears no substance with this review as the pricing is selected from a corporate...not store...level. The food arrived rightaround the forty five minute mark. The delivery driver followed my sort-of-obscure delivery directions perfectly. He waskind...and...professional. Both the pizza...and...the bread bites were cooked exactly as expected...nice crisp edges on thepizza. The amount of toppings on the pizza was very decent also. We enjoyed our lunch...with no complaints. We'll likely alwaysorder from here as they are convenient...and...have good food. Read more
I have given this place chance after chance to get a pizza order out in time, but it constantly fails to do so. As of this post,... I?m currently at the 40 minute mark for a pizza that still says ?Prepping.? It?s clear that the management at this place hassome kind of issue, especially comparing it to the other reviews here. It honestly isn?t worth the time. This place hits andmisses so constantly, it?s truly a gamble on whether you get a pizza on time and hot, or a pizza an hour past it?s estimateddelivery time and cold. Edit: BRR Read more
