We stopped here tonight on our way home from the airport. After leaving the Midwest I was excited to have Culver?s since we... needed something quick. The staff working here was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. My milkshake was just as deliciousas how I remember it from years ago when I lived in the US and the burger was awesome. Culver?s is always good, and this location did not disappoint. The burgers were good and the chicken was good as well. Very... crispy. The fries were hot and the drinks were very carbonated (just how I like them). I tried the root beer for the first timeand I recommend it to all looking for a sweet root beer. The employees were very attentive and friendly, and they were also veryhelpful when we needed things. I knocked this location down a star because of the area. It seems kind of suspicious to me, andthe people here are kind of ?nuts.? My first occurrence (keep in mine both were within 5 minutes) was in the parking lot. I wasparked in the main lot, and a very allegedly high man was talking to a passenger in the car to the left of mine. No problem,right? That was until he made me want to lock my doors and drive to the opposite side of the parking lot (literally happened).He did a weird dance in front of my window and wouldn?t stop. He was smoking some kind of cigarette, can?t really tell if it wasmarijuana, but he was blowing the smoke at my window. He kept doing the dance as I hastily pulled away, and seemed to belaughing in a weird way the whole time. He left me alone after that, but continued doing weird dances to other cars. He ispictured below, and if you see him, I suggest you pull away. When I pulled away, I stopped in a spot near the bus stop. Therewas a woman there, either allegedly high or mentally ill, arguing with a shopping cart (pictured below). I checked and she wasnot on the phone and she didn?t have headphones in. Review from last Sunday. Was disappointed in our burger temperatures, but impressed with the flavor of the food. Friend and I... both ordered the new Pub Burger mine came out with the cheese not melted and the burger slightly warm. My friend had meltedcheese, but a basically not warm burger. We upgraded one meal to cheese curds, that was amazing. Hot, fresh and delicious cheesecurds. That was worth it! The parking lot at this place is awful, they have a small drive through hut in the parking lot nearthe main restaurant that seemed to cause a lot of traffic and confusion. Also cleanliness inside wasn?t great either. I feellike they were trying but maybe couldn?t keep up. There was an obviously unkept man sitting at a table near the drinks with hisshoes off and a lot of garbage around him. Not sure if they are able to ask people like that to leave but made the place feelmore dirty than it already was. Service from the staff was excellent! But price for food was a bit high too (could be withdistance from Mall of the America) Would recommend drive through. Read more

Rarely have I seen the employees at a fast food restaurant hustling like they were tonight at this Culver?s! They were working... hard and with a smile ? with several employees asking if I needed assistance. Way to set an example! And the food is deliciousas well. Read more
This location is always quite busy...no matter the time of day...especially the drive-thru lane. The drive-thru set-up there is... kind of wonky as the restaurant shares the parking lot with a hotel. It's a sort of creative cluster that snakes around the lot.It works...just weird. Haha! We usually go in...even if getting our food to go. We never wait more than a few minutes. We alsoenjoy dining inside. The lay-out of the dining room is very smart...several different types of separate seating sectionsavailable. There is even a fireplace near the back. Service here is always top-notch. Every employee you encounter issmiling...and...welcoming. The food is uber fresh...never had anything that tasted like it was stale...or...preparedincorrectly. The french fries are SO GOOD! The owners of this location are also very active in our local community. I have seenthem at several neighborhood events offering up free scoops to all. There's much to be said about that. On our most recent visitthe other day...we got both the classic Turtle sundae...and...a scoop of the flavor of the day: Andes Mint Avalanche...to share.Both were delicious. If I could rate this location higher I would. I look for a flaw and can?t seem to find one. The food is great, it?s always clean... and bright inside and outside. They handled the pandemic amazingly and even kept the parking lot ordering booth, which helps aton when the drive thru is backed up. There is one lady who stands out among all of the amazing employees here. Unfortunately wedo not know her name but we absolutely love how she smiles with her eyes and is so genuinely kind! ???????????????? Service time was acceptable. I've got a favorite Shake/Mixer/Custard Chocolate custard with Strawberry and Banana. I'm always... very careful to specify chocolate custard as the base, but it was done wrong on two separate occasions. The food was otherwiseacceptable. Mind you, I'm not going to turn down custard regardless, but I do like to get what I order. Read more
