Seated right away. Sever was very nice and professional. Food came out within 10mins! chicken tenders were very crispy ???? ... worth the value for the portion size. Cowboy Jack?s @ The Mall of America was good overall. The Brisket Tacos were good and the beer was cold. One of our party... ordered the Grilled Sirloin, which was cooked correctly but their ?house seasoning? seemed to lack some seasoning. It was justkind of ok. The Caprese Pizza was also kind of bland. The staff was friendly enough, but prices seemed pretty high for thequality. We will probably try it again, hoping for a better experience next time. Read more
I had wings and a brisket sandwich. The wings were my favorite part of the meal. I did their dry rub and it was very tasty and... well cooked. The sandwich was good too, I wish that there was more bbq sauce in the sandwich. The curly fries also treatedcrunchy and fresh. Overall pretty tasty meal. Sadly, the service here was not very kind and a little abrasive. Due to the poorservice, I wouldn't recommend Cowboy Jack's for sit-down eating. Read more
