Stopped here just recently on a Saturday night, and no matter how late it is, there always seems to be a line waiting to order. ... I usually walk right by, but this time I was craving this place. So I decided to wait, and luckily the line was relativelyshort. I decided on a caramel cinnamon roll, because those are definitely my favorite of all of their menu items. I also likehow it always seems piping hot. Of course this was a good treat for when I got home. I could either share, or have it bymyself. No matter I just warm it in the microwave, and the food tastes just as good, as when I first ordered it. It would beso good to go back again. Really disappointing because I like my Cinnabons to be hotttt and the employees always look at me funny when I ask if they are... hot but today they were cold again! They were rubbery and uncooked. Considering they are EXTREMELY overpriced and expensive I?mvery dissatisfied with the continuing lack of quality and taste. Please figure it out I don?t wanna take my business elsewhere! Read more

Oh, that smell walking down the hallway at the Mall of America! We stayed at the Radisson Blu and it?s a nice walk in the... morning to start off the day. The staff is super friendly and the classic cinnamon roll is exactly how you remember your lastone- perfect! Read more
Delicious as always. Received my order quickly and workers were very nice and friendly. When I was paying, the worker turned the... screen towards me and point blank, asked me for a tip. He told me I could put my tip right there on the screen. I did notappreciate being out on the spot like that, especially in this type of establishment where they are not providing the samedegree of service as a sit down restaurant. Read more
This place is amazing. You can't beat the classic cinnamon rolls here. You can smell them cooking from very far away and it... definitely gets you in the mood. I tried the coffee as well, but unfortunately it wasn't great. It wasn't bad either, it wasjust a normal cup of coffee. Unfortunately due to the place being busy constantly, and due to very limited seating in the firstplace you probably won't be able to sit and eat there. Luckily there are a bunch of cushioned seats out in the middle of themall walkway that you can use. Another cool thing is being able to watch the employees as they make the cinnamon rolls fromscratch. If you've never had Cinnabon at least once I highly recommend you try it. Read more
The smell gets you every time. My husband loves the boncookie. It was eaten up so quick. No pictures were taken.
