Café Fusion is fresh, healthy, and delicious! I get the Raspberry Chicken Salad everytime, and it never disappoints! You get a... good size serving with tons of delicious toppings, as well as a little piece of what I think is Naan bread. Café Fusion is abetter Panera, in my opinion of course. Read more
Amazing chopped salads! They put everything together then dump onto a cutting board. They chop and mix the ingredients and... dressing at lightning fast speed. How many times does your dressing not cover your salad? Problem solved when whipped togetherand popped back in the bowl! Dined at 11:45am on a Tues and the line was to the door but they do get you through fast. It'sactually a cool thing to watch how proficient and speedy the workers are. Insider tip: There's one line for wraps, hoagies andpizzas and another specifically for salads so watch for that coming in. Only open for lunch and can be tricky to find if youdon't work here and unfamiliar with the buildings/parking ramps but definitely worth the effort for this hidden gem. Look for8300 tower main level. My favorites are Buffalo (salad or wrap) or Sante Fe salad. Limited seating inside, but plenty outsidewith a nice view of a little pond. Read more
