The workers here are painstakingly slow. They do not work like they have a line of 10 people long.

No pepperoni pretzels made. Really hardly any pretzels already made for that matter. Cashier was super rude when I asked what... pretzels are currently available. She said they are all right here and pointed to the glass. I was like well do you have anygarlic and Parmesan. She said once again they are in the glass. At which point I replied well which ones are they cause youdon?t have all of the here (very few pretzels in glass mind you) and there are no labels as to which one they are. No complaints! Great pretzels.

My girlfriend and I stopped at mall of America on our cross-country trip and decided to use a gift card to get auntie Anne?s... before we left. The gift card had a large enough balance to cover the food we got, but the card itself wasn?t being accepted bythe machine. The worker was soooo helpful and very understanding, and made a potentially embarrassing situation into a good one.The food was also super delicious. 5 stars!! Read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes. Got to the front of 20 minutes before closing. Cashier told me they are only selling drinks. If... you are going to stop making pretzels minutes before closing at least hang a sign or make an announcement. Waste of time. Read more

Service is awful at this location. They have 5 employees working and 1 running register, touching money, credit cards and the... food and not changing gloves. Shouldn?t have to wait in line for 30 mins when there are enough employees and 3 of them arestanding around doing nothing. Read more

Man was very nice

Salty soft pretzel with hot cheese, say no more! Quick and friendly service. Very intense cashier in a good way that was... personable and enthusiastic about being there. The pepperoni pretzels were pretty delicious as well. They are a little spendy, but it is hard not to get one when they smell up the mall! Read more
