Absolute WORST customer service at the drive thru window. I have been there 2 in this month 1st time my mozzarella sticks had... literally NO Cheese! I realized that at home. Called the fast food restaurant,who ever answer was told me and they could replacethe order ,well I live near downtown I was already home from a long day at work. The young guy always kept his headdown? But the store manager in her 50s white hair" The store manager was no better!!!! Unbelievable?." She ask me "what was Itrying to get free!?? Not happy with she came with an army of 3-4 people just to tell me there was no way anyone had to me tocome back... She said it was ok " felt like with her snotty words she was making me a favor!!!!Sorry, won?t be back. Horriblebehavior, So rude. Second time this past week. this was today. Read more

Absolute WORST customer service at the drive thru window. The woman at the window CLEARLY did not want to be there. When I told... her she didn?t give us the correct change she responded ?yes I did? with a snide rude lash back. When we showed her, she calledthe store manager over to issue the correct change. The store manager was no better!!!! Unbelievable?. What is wrong with peopletoday?! Sorry, won?t be back. Horrible behavior from TWO GROWN WOMEN. Good luck keeping that store open. Read more

They had me pull off to the side to wait for my sides to be made fresh and after 10 minutes of waiting they brought us out cold... food, as well as food missing. The young man with the hat was very nice about it but the middle aged lady was verydisrespectful and all we wanted was our food. Definitely would not recommend THIS location. Read more

Arby's on Lyndale is finally open to normal hours. Was pretty hard to get there before it closed early most of the time. Back to... good. Also, they're offering more than one package of Arby's sauce per order. Back to good. Read more

This place is joke. I?ve been in the drive for 22 minutes now. Had mold on my #3 bun so I called Eco Lab. It?s one thing to... wait a long time but another story when the person that pulls your buns for the following day didn?t even notice an expo date? Read more

Got my first sandwich wrong. I went right back around through drive through and asked for it to be correct and got the exact... same thing mistake but now without the bacon or crispy onion. I can?t eat this red ranch sauce. Read more

I ordered a French dip and didn?t get the dip. I?ve had a few orders in the last several where my order was in the bag, but my... wife?s wasn?t, even though we paid for it. This place is always busy and clearly understaffed (the lobby hasn?t been open sinceCOVID started) so we?ve been trying to give them a pass and return as customers but I think we are done with this place for awhile. The employees are friendly, but either under trained or enjoying too many ?smoke? breaks. Read more

It was very busy. Fern was at the register as per others visits. I wear my name badge so it's less yelling for me to place my... order and my name may be seen. My order was not made to go as asked, even after being handed a drink carrier. There was a verylong line and nearly full parking lot. I ended up with not the correct sandwich and a poorly made one at that. However thegentleman behind me in line was very kind and funny. He saved what would have been a rather disastrous lunch. I'll make sure toavoid when in a hurry, however I do usually have good experiences at this location. Read more
