Have been to this one twice while visiting IU. Food was solid both times. Wife said the woman's room was nasty. Mens was fine.
This is one of the best Wendy's in the state. Always good hot fresh food, friendly faces, and great staff.
The food was good and the employees were friendly and quick at getting the order ready. We were able to get in, eat a good meal,... and get out easily. The only criticism I have is that the app does not seem to be working. I've tried to order on it when I'mgoing home, but it doesn't get to the home page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that didn't seem to help.Please work on getting it up again. I've ordered on it before so I know it works. Overall, a good experience. Read more
I've been noticing a decline of the freshness of their fried products, well actually most of their products. Last time I went I... got a four-piece spicy chicken nugget and They were hard as a rock and disgusting. Couldn't even eat them. Last time I went Igot cold fries that looked like the oil was bad also. Then we went to go get a Frosty the other day and even it disappointed mydaughter which was an absolute surprise because she loves them. I was told they have a new supplier and apparently THEY CHANGEDTHE RECIPE and they now DO NOT TASTE LIKE the ORIGINAL FROSTY at all!! Totally disappointed in the Frosty!! Read more
Always love Wendy's. Used to work here for two years before college. Thought I might get tired of their food but never did.
All I can say is WOW, and in a good way. This has been the first fast food restaurant visit we have had in a while that was... pleasant. The employees were very nice and even talked to my daughter about her baseball game. Not only that, but it was alsovery clean and the first time in forever in fastfood our order was 100% correct! Disappointed in this visit. Usually they are pretty good but not today. I ordered a chili and an Apple Pecan salad. The service... was typical but the gentleman who gave me my order was busy having a conversation as he handed me my food. He apparently was tooengrossed in the conversation to notice that he didn't give me a spoon for the chili, crackers for the chili and no pecans forthe salad. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know so that others could perhaps be spared this carelessness but thephone just rang and rang and then someone picked it up and hung it up immediately.
