My wife and I ordered through a drive-through. One car was in front of us and there were one or two customers inside. Upon... arriving at the window, the female employee stated the amount of $16.92 (no greetings). The receipts cashier mentioned Randy Mbut it was a female employee. 10:20 pm (11/17/22), I provided the credit card. Then, the employee stated, "I apologized inadvance but we don't have any ice today". She proceeded to hand me a drink with no ice. My question is how long in advance? 2seconds? she did not greet us or smile or mention thank you at all. She did not ask if we need sauce at all. She approachedthe window and handed the food with no words at all. I have to ask for the sauces. Upon arrival at home, we open the bag,several food items were not wrapped, and cheese was all over the bag. This kind of customer service is not worth $13-16/hour. I will not be back at Taco Bell. Delivering for DoorDash. I haven't personally had their food. The college kids completely overwhelm them because of their sheer... numbers. The nightclubs next door and down the street don't help matters. They also repeatedly try to come use the bathroomsthat close after 7pm. The staff try hard, but they are just honestly buried. I feel so bad for them each time I pickup there. Read more
As food prices have went up don't go here they don't do a good job the food portion is ridiculous. I am diabetic they gave me 2... regular Pepsi. For what I paid I could of went to a Mexican restaurant....... detour from this site. Read more
