I ordered through app and choose pick up at counter and when I went to location it was drive through only. I don't have a car so... I could not get my food. My money is gone and I don't have my food. Worst app ever. Read more
Wrong items AGAIN. Soggy tacos that melted to the wrap and fell apart. Items opened and dumped throughout the bag. Order not... ready so had to wait for 10. Second time this has happened over 40 USD spent - 2d x to write TB and NO RESPONSE. On a + notethe cash out dude was a gem. Read more

Came here for lunch and despite it has been reported that their dining room is open, they had a sign up saying ?drive-through... only.? It?s almost as if these guys hate making money. I?ve been here before and they are poorly managed. I?ve witnessedemployees responding arrogantly these customers, rudeness and lack of awareness or customer service. So this is no surprise tome. I?m astonished at the abysmal quality. I would swear they purposely hire people who have never seen a burrito in their life and... just set them loose. I think they?ve gotten my order correct one singular time, many months ago. I genuinely have no idea howthey get food items so horribly wrong; it?s at a point where it seems entirely purposeful. Even on the rare occasions where anitem has all the correct ingredients, it?s like they beat it up before kinda-sorta putting it in a wrapper. Avoid this taco bell and go to one of the others or another restaurant nearby. Every time I order something from this location... the food is either burnt or completely shredded. Read more
