Horrendous customer service. A lady working here told me that I was "too slow" when giving my order. She put on a low amount of... toppings and when I asked for more she sprinkled on a tiny amount. Apparently employees here act like the vegetables come out oftheir paycheck. When I was checking the bill before swiping my credit card, she again said I was going too slow. Avoid thisplace! I ordered from them for pick up delivery 2 hours before they closed. The website never emailed me a order confirmation yet gave... me an order summary and took my money and gave me a pick up time. Since I'm a vegetarian..This is one of my favourite go to places whenever i feel like having something good.. So.. The thing... is.. i have a fixed specific order that i have whenever i get a subway.. the veggie delight..And not gonna lie..somehow thisparticular subway makes the best veggie delight.. I've had it multiple times from multiple outlets.. But this one's gotsomething different.. The staff is also nice and polite.. And you'll always find this a quiet place to have your subway inpeace.. Very bad service the guy on duty was JOT he was rude when i asked about the new jalapeño bread he said he didnt have it so i... ask for italian herb and cheese bread he said he didnt have anything but wheat and white bread very rudely. I ask him why thesign with all these bread choices is hung up at the store if they never have any other bread beside those two he just mumbledunder his breath something. I finished paying and left my order was $29.01 at about 3 to 3:15 a.m. on april 27 and really didntget what i wanted had to settle for what was there. for that price i do believe i should been able to get what i wanted notright to offer something clearly posted at the store if none of it is ever available worst subway i have been to almost id say4th from worst not happy at all. I placed a delivery order on the app. After an hour and a half, I called the store and they said that they hadn?t received the... order and didn?t even offer delivery. 5 hours later, at 7:30 AM, I get woken up to a call saying that my order is beingdelivered. I went to get some food yesterday, 11/13/2022. The woman working was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and everyone else... there. I ordered one sandwich for me, and one for someone else. She put a sauce on my sandwich that I did not ask for. When Iasked what it was, she said it was vinegar. I said I did not want vinegar. She ignored me and rung up my order, so I had to goback through the line and ask them to remake my order. She came up and got angry, saying that I asked for oil and vinegar, Isaid "No, I said olive oil." They ended up remaking the sandwich, but her rude and aggressive behavior is unacceptable. Sheshould be fired. Everyone else there was fine. Just the woman working that night. I understand that it was busy, but that is noexcuse to treat people so poorly. I would file a complaint if I knew her name. I don't plan to come back any time soon. Read more
