I made an order through the subway app, made it a meal, which includes a DRINK and a side (chips). I received my order (via... DoorDash) with no drink. I paid the delivery fees, and added a tip. I called this location, and I was told there was nothingthey could do, unless I wanted to come in and get a drink. Now if this was an option for me, I would not have ordered it fordelivery! They have no issue taking your money, but refunding it or fulfilling your order is a whole different story! Also whenasking for a manager, I was told they did not have one onsite. To be fair I did give them the option to refund or provide mydrink, and should this not work for them, I would never order from this location again and social media would know about it.Terrible customer service.
