Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 "jumbo" tenders and they were not. You'll get the same from mcdonalds, but more... for less too. They forgot my sides and pickles and had to go back. And along with that, i got cold fries and the parmesan friesdid not taste like what youd think it would. More tasteless and greasy. Total disappointment as far as flavor. Got the chicken and waffles. Chicken was warm (not hot) and tasted pretty good. Waffles were room temp and hard, like they'd... just came out of a bag. First and last time. Came here to eat lunch with friends, and waited almost 40 minutes for our food. People who entered AFTER WE HAD BEEN SEATED were... able to order, sit down, eat, and leave while we've waited. Servers seemed clueless. We won't be returning. Update: After about40 minutes, the food finally came out. Server and chef were snarky, trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility insteadof apologizing. They did give us a refund though, but only after passive aggressively offering it to us.
