I totally understand being short on help. What I don?t understand is looking at customers and not even acknowledging them when... they come in to your restaurant. After standing there of a time . I finally asked if we where going to be seated. She theninformed me that she was clocking in a new person and they only had one waitress. I replied I just need to know if we need to gosome where else and that there had been other walked out. This is the second time I?ve tried to eat at this restaurant bothtimes being ignored and leaving. Just let the customer know. Communication all it takes !!! Sad that this was manager greatexample. Staff seems overwhelmed. Also understaffed. Took an hour to get our food, and didn't even get what I ordered. These people... deserve a raise. =/ Also schedule more people! Kudos to Scott! Five stars for him man. 1 for the management. =_= Read more

We ordered almost every omelette on the menu lol Spicy poblano was the best out of all!! You could substitute the meat with your... choice :) Colorado and chicken fajita were delicious as well but were little dry compared to poblano. All the pancakes wereyummy except that they had very little sauce(like the blueberry and strawberry) très léchée pancakes were good tho :) Servicewas okay-okay and they took soo much time to get our orders ready Almost on hour!!Ufff ???? You can also request for butterpecan syrup(free of cost) and it?s yummy!! Read more

The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. The service and food was very good. My granddaughter said they had the best... pancakes she's ever eaten! We will definitely go back. Read more

We ate here on a lazy Tuesday evening. Everything was delicious and our food came in a timely manner. Would recommend.

The server's name on the receipt is Tammy, but I am not sure. The old lady was one of the best servers I have ever seen. She was... like one of the senior flight attendances of Delta Airline. The food was as good as always. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience. To start I had to download app to place order that I was there for. 4:30am. So I finially... download app set up profile make account to place my order. I order $13.00 worth of pancakes. What I get in a bag that was tiedclosed so I couldn't check my order, which of coarse was completely incorrect. So I take my order back inside. Did I mention itis also raining outside. So I pass my order through a window to the manager who asks me what's wrong with it. I tell him theticket taped on the side of the bag is what I ordered but what's in the bag isn't close to what I ordered. But he takes the bagin the back and you hear him tell another employee " I don't know what this s#!t is supposed to look like. But 5-7 min later hegives me another bag tied closed. That I have to untie (at least he used a square not) to check. Tells me have a nice day. Thendisappears back in the back out of view but not out of ear shot. To complain about how they don't pay him enough. And how theyain't going to fire someone for some stupid reason or another couldn't hear all of it as I was so disgusted I had walked out.But sat in my car in the rain at now 5:46 am. I am so unhappy about the entire experience. From total lack of service. To thevalue of what I got. Pictures to come. I am going home to eat my breakfast. I will start by saying we are fairly certain our primary server was being tasked with more than she should have to handle - she... was training a new server, had more tables than any other server we saw, and basically bussed her tables herself to try to keepthings moving as well as she could. She did very well in what we perceived to be a challenging work situation. That said, ourfood took far more time than it should have. Several other tables seated and ordering after us had food up to 15 minutes beforeour food came out. (We were a party of two, not a large party or complex order.) The food did come out hot and fresh, but oneentree came several minutes after the other. The meal itself was ok, but in a community with some amazing restaurant options, wewon't be prioritizing this one over others for sure. Clearly there are struggles with staffing, both on the floor and in thekitchen. Expecting this one server to carry absolutely everything for the restaurant is unfair to her. She needed some supportfrom management and her coworkers. Read more
