Employees seemed inconvenienced when I pulled up to try and order food inside. They seemed more interested in smoking a... cigarette outside and working on another employees moped in the parking lot. Seems like they hire trash, homeless workers. Read more
We absolutely love eating here comma however as of the last few months it is extremely devault to find quality service people... working the front line with poor attitudes respectful comments profanity in utter rudeness to each other. Don't take my word forit but I would say people would be better off ordering through the drive through and then coming in to eat. They act as thoughthey don't want to work the front counter I feel as though there is a scheduling problem as well as a staffing in generalproblem. I think the managers and/or owners really need to take this in to consideration. I make lots of comments and give lotsof responses on lots of different restaurants that my wife and i like to frequent we do this so that it helps our community ithelps the restaurant itself and we just enjoy letting other people know what type of expectation they can have. But this hardy'son the west side of bloomington definitely get itself in shape we have faith that you can and will do so that is why we couldtake you to go there and eat otherwise we would be taking it off of our list! They're are few fundamental truths in this universe. Forget death and taxes, the one thing you can count on is that Hardee's has... the best Biscuits and Gravy of any fast food joint. Don't let any of that white, liquid culinary gold go to waste; dip yourcrispy orange hash brown medallions in it to finish the gravy off. You won't regret getting breakfast here--unless you're acardiologist. Read more
Service was good, we ordered 2 mushroom and swiss combos and the burgers were just barely warm and dry and the fries were old. ... We were there around 3:30. Have had the same meal before and it was the best we ever had. We passed 2 other Hardee's to go tothis one. Read more

Just made a quick stop while on a road trip. Was not a busy time, so I actually had to wait for the employee to come to the... counter to take my order, but he Apologized that he didn't see me come in. Food was made quick and correctly. Bathrooms wereclean. All in all just what you need when on the road traveling! Read more
