Decided to go in rather than use the drive-thru. Bad choice. Place is really dirty. Counters/floors. Trash is overflowing the... bins. Napkin dispensers are empty. I'd never heard of Freddy's before eating here today. Others in my group compared it to Culver's. I found it more akin to 5 Guys... or In and Out. It has an excellent burger menu like In and Out. The menu is not as limited as In and Out, nor as 5 Guys, butnowhere near the smorgasbord of Culver's. The burger and onion rings were superb, and I upgraded my drink to a malt. Good food, good prices, good service. It's also kept very clean, something I look at whenever I go anywhere to eat. Well, I need... to update my review. The last couple of times my husband Jim and I have ate here the food is still good. Unfortunately maybe dueto being short staffed the lobby hasn't been cleaned at all while we have been there. I saw one lady cleaning the table her andher husband were eating at. It would only take a couple of minutes for someone every 30 minutes or so to clean. One of the timesI used the family restroom there was blood in the floor. A while back there was a handicap young man cleaning the lobby, he wasso sweet did a wonderful job cleaning. Pretty good but I visited my first Freddy's 5 years ago out west that place was exceptional service and the efficiency was... amazing . Not that bloomington.was bad but they just don't season their burgers . This is third visit and all three times underseasoned. I swear the one out west used garlic powder and onion salt and pepper . I had a few different issues on my trip but I?ll ignore the fact that they had to refund me for charging me for things I didn?t... ask for, them waiting until my food was cold to get me my shakes, and the fact that I was supposed to have a shake and a maltinstead of two shakes for the plain and simple fact of letting people know the girl with the short blonde ponytail literallywent to her coworker to cuss me out and screamed at me twice when all I did was ask for clarification because I was told to walkacross the store three times for these beverages. This is the only place in Bloomington that consistently gets my order incorrect. The workers are always kind, but it?s a little... ridiculous that there?s always a problem. For instance, today after spending nearly thirty minutes in the drive thru, I wasfrustrated to find that my Bacon and Cheese double steak burger was actually just an original double burger (still without thecheese) that I had paid extra for. This doesn?t include the times that I?ve opened up the bag to find only two onion rings, orgotten extra ice when I?d asked for none. All in all, it?s way to expensive for all these mistakes.
