Absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced a worse customer service. This is the first time I've seen a manager yelling and... blaming a customer for the restaurant's mistake. I have been eating their pad thai with the same spice level for weeks andnever had a problem. Ordered the same one today, and it came much spicier than usual to the point we could not eat it. I calledthe restaurant, and the manager immediately yelled at me. Told me to "drink water", and asked me why I would order it if I couldnot handle the spice. When I told her I ordered the same level every time, she claimed I was "lying". She would not listen tome, and continued yelling into the phone. Eventually she hung up the phone while I was talking, and when I called again, I wasmet with voice call. What an absolute shame. Good food, but the most awful manager. She needs to be changed. Very tasty Thai. Chicken Pad Thai was delicious and the service was quick and checked often to see if we needed anything.
