Before Covid, this was probably the best restaurant in Bloomington. Fast paced, friendly staff, phenomenal food. After Covid,... this location has been disappointing to say the least. This location makes online orders the priority. You can be standing inline looking at food available, and the staff will tell it's not available to dine-in customers. The staff is no longerfriendly, and you'll be waiting in line for a long time before finally getting to order your food. I was going to give 1-star,but decided to give it 2-stars because the food still tastes good............if it's available. My suggestion is to value thecustomers who are actually walking into your store. Make them the priority. Online ordering should be limited to Monday -Thursday only. On the weekends, the priority should be your dine-in guests. Read more

First time coming Sunday around 7:20pm on November 11/20/2022 and I have never seen a Chipotle has cilantro in the brown rice... and that was amazing and I really love that and I always preferred brown rice over white rice any day but to see a chipotle doit was amazing but the veggies looked a little overcooked by appearance but I tried it and it tasted great and medium sauce wasa tad bit spicer than usual compared to other Chipotle locations over still good sauce and It was a good veggie bowl I had. Iwill come again if I was passing through town again. I did not dine in by the way I just ordered to go so I am speaking fromthat perspective. I did not try their drinks and the guacamole was good I had on my veggie bowl without meat, no cheese and nosour cream. I want another veggie bowl soon. Read more

I have never had a problem with this chipotle before but I found this long hair in my burrito bowl that?s not mine (my hair is... short, naturally curly, and currently purple). I only got a few bites out of it and how I have to throw the whole thing awayafter spending over $16 on this. Do better Chipotle. Read more

Food was great, se4vers were super friendly and caring, but the was line was terrible. 57 mins from in to out. And people who... made online orders who were there when we came, were still there when we left. Read more

For online orders you might get lucky... atleast if they're out of something you'll find out after you've paid and received half... your food and waited an additional 20 minutes to get it. Oh. They also won't put it on the shelf in the lobby, they keep itbehind the counter so good luck actually getting an employee to get your food for you. Then most recently we went and they were"out of all cold ingredients" not to mention they had another hour before close; so basically you could get meat and rice. I'vegiven this location so many chances because it's more convenient, but save yourself the time and just go to the one on kirkwood. Read more

Though it was a slow start. We could clearly see the young man was scatter brains. Too much all at once. His fellow team... member/staff didn't do anything to help other than criticize him with his efforts. The young man looked at my husband and statedI'm gonna hit him... besides that drama, the food for the first time having it, was amazingly good!!! Though I won't be goingback to this establishment. Ordered online at 6:45, asked for a 7:20 pickup time. Got there around 7:30 to see no employees in sight, with other customers... waiting. Eventually one appeared from around the back to fill the ice, then took his time getting another bucket. Disappearedinto the back for a couple more minutes and meandered out to help customers who had walked up, ignoring the 5 of us waiting foronline orders. Eventually found there was one other person there, who was slowly making online orders. First guy was veryshort and rude to any customers who asked for help. A third employee eventually showed up and was just an unenthusiastic aboutactually helping anyone. Eventually got my order around 7:45, or an hour after placing. For a place that is supposed to befast that is awful. I used to not be able to get to this location before my order was done. I only partially blame the workerson this one - there are obviously severe management issues here causing this. They need more staff and happier staff. Read more

The employees do not care about the dine in customers. They will tell you they are out of product when you can physically see... it. They were out of chips for dine in- but now carry out. The whole time we were there they never attempted to make more chips.Todays employees think it?s ok to just tell ppl they are out of something when they choose to not make it. Read more
