This is the WORST BK in the State. Last time we tried here Service and Food we're terrible. Thought it may just been a bad... night. Tonight we have a smart mouth taking our order. He cut us off when ordering. Please close this joke of a business orstart with a new crew. But not ok n my dime. Though staff is low. My wife?s and I order was forgotten. Another women in front of us sat and waited for half an hour before... she got her meal. We practically wait for 20mins yet a women and her family were able to get her food at a timely fashion justbecause one of the staff members recognized her as a ?regular? so her order was prioritize before ours. Though complaining aboutfood is irrelevant but that was bs quite honestly. If you?re going to this BK, don?t bother walking inside. So, as a rideshare driver in a city with very seasonal business, I've been feeling the pinch of high inflation and slow... business. Last night I was out the entire night, driving til sunrise to try and pay my rent. All I wanted was some breakfastbefore I went home. I was exhausted and hungry. Normally I wouldn't do this, but I was in that drive-thru at probably one minuteafter open this morning. There was a slight delay because the computer system hadn't even finished booting up yet! But......MAN,this employee was SO NICE! Normally I get pretty good and friendly service at this location, at least in the last few months.But to get hassled at 7:01 and be the nicest person I've encountered all week was just impressive.
