Some friends took me here for my birthday recently for my first time dining here and it was great overall. Friendly, attentive... staff, full bar, lots of tvs for sports watching. Moderate pricing for delicious food and generous portions. Got a brownietopped with ice cream free for my birthday. Definitely will be back to try more from their menu. This placed dropped in rating with me. Tonight we got a to go order. When we got to the restaurant the host made everyone who... came in stand there while she chatted with a co worker. At first the conversation was working related but then it was all abouthow she wanted to go home. Finally they pointed us to the to go counter and the staff there was helpful. The food that we gotthough did not meet the mark. First the kids meals we ordered was supposed to be spaghetti and meatballs. There was 0 meatballseven though we paid for them. We checked in at 6:30 and wasn't seated until 8. We understand that restaurants are busy on Friday nights but this was beyond... anything I've ever experienced. We ordered right away and the waitress was very nice and brought our drinks and appetizers rightaway. However, we asked for silverware, napkins and small plates to find out that they didn't have any clean and available touse. By the time we received napkins we had already used baby wipes from the diaper bag. Then we had another long wait for ourfood. We finally received our food at 9:30 and by then my husband had already let the waitress know how unhappy we were.The waitress told us that her manager said that our food was on the house but the manager never came out to apologize for theawful experience. Good location, good food and okay service. Reasonable price for gathering dining.

This has been one of our favorite restaurants since they started. However, their service has continued to become pathetic!... Service staff is untrained, slow and the kitchen simply does what they want. Took 1.5 hours to get our food AFTER we wereseated. Orders are typically incorrect and blamed on someone other than the person you ask about it. Have ordered the chickennachos for years but haven't been able to get them all summer... That's fine... But have been given a different reason everytime we come. Multiple times were told they couldn't get supplies, then they take too long to make, then they were changing therecipe. Ordered them two weeks ago and was served them. Ordered them a week later and was told they haven't had them allsummer.... Which isn't true because I just had them a week ago. Very sad. This is one of our favorite places and to watch theservice and management of this establishment go so far down hill has been sad. We stopped in for a bite when we couldn’t decide where to go. The food was pretty good. We were very happy with the level of... rare for the steaks. I would definitely recommend the Cobb salad as it was delicious. As people who have both worked in the foodindustry, we were impressed with the clean taste of the fryer oil. It really made a difference in appetizer taste. The foodpresentation was great, the customer service was average, pricing was average. I’d be interested to try the brews and brusselsprouts next time. Came into town for visit in October 2021 & decided to do a web order and eat at the dorm. After receiving text the meal was... ready had to wait 20minutes in the parking lot for our food. Then they tell us our hamburger order had to be redone. Another30 minutes later we get our food. Get back to the dorm and find the well done burger to be cold and raw. Called to complain &was told we would get $25 discount gift card for our trouble via e-Mail. Didn’t get gift card so called and talked to managerfew days later and was assured to get the gift card.
