I am not a very experienced sushi eater but was in the mood for some thing out of the ordinary. Before heading to the restaurant... I reviewed the menu. It was easy to navigate and the ingredients really helped me determine what I wanted to order. I was in thedoor right at 11. There was a sign about the dinning room being closed. I ordered the Black Dragon, Las Vegas, and Rock Star. The three rolls were about $30. I waited in my car for maybe 10 minutes before they brought it out to me. All of the rolls werefresh and tasty; the Black Dragon was my favorite. I will be going back soon! I can?t wait to try more! Read more

Good food and service but a little pricy to get entrées. We just got the sushi which was excellent and not too much.

Ordered food from here as a birthday treat for my daughter turning 11. I had a once California resident eating with us, who had... sushi frequently when living there. Excellent food, all 3 of us ate without talking much we enjoyed it so much! I ordered asushi dish with mango, crab meat, and avocado. The mango and avocado were very fresh. Would definitely go back again, there's somuch variety on the menu it was hard to pick. Read more

I tried Yumz twice. Once for carryout, and once for the all you can eat sushi dine in. The carryout was OK, I got salmon... nigiri, salmon roll and a sweet potato roll. The rolls were decent, the nigiri was better. The rice has no flavor (ie novinegar as typical sushi rice has). This could be a good thing for some, but I prefer vinegar and flavor on rice for sushi. Iwas also given fake soy sauce packets with the sushi (the colored salt water packets from Chinese takeout ), luckily I alwayshave the real stuff at home. The all you can eat was not as good. The nigiri had very small cuts of fish (think 1/3 regularsize) and a limit on nigiri. There was way too much rice on the rolls, and not enough fish. For the price, I would notrecommend the all you can eat option. They do have a lot of appetizers, which adds to the value - the gyoza were good. Overall,I probably won't go back due to mediocre rolls and rice. Read more

Friendly, good prices, the spicy tuna roll was good but the Yumz specialty roll was burnt on top. I asked the waitress and she... said it was 'sheered' on top. I think they forget to sear the filet mignon before they put the other ingredients on top. Therice was burnt. It wasn't the best but after picking off the burnt pieces it was edible. Read more
