First time I tried Signature India, it was really good. The server was friendly. The food was probably the best one I had tried... so far in USA. However, when I went there second time, which was just one week after, the quality of the dishes was more or lessdisappointing. My friends and I were very disappointed with the quality this time, probably because we had a high expectationsafter first try. So, reducing the review from a five to two, hoping that the management will take proper initiative to addressthe fluctuations in quality of food. Just one suggestion: The servers should make suggestions for the level of spiciness androasting based on ethnicity of the customers. For example Indian or Bangladeshi customers prefer spicier and more deliciousdishes than American customers. Read more

I just had the owner of this restaurant as an Uber passenger and he was so friendly. I told him I had never had Indian food... before, and asked what he would recommend. He called ahead to the restaurant and had them make me his recommendation for free. Iwas given samosas, and they were so good! I loved both of the sauces, even the one he said was spicy. 10/10 would recommend! Read more

We had a Eid festive of more than 150 people. We ordered Goat fry Biryani, fish fry and Chicken 65. They did the catering right... on time and the food was excellent. Great place to try Indian Food. Have always tried their food during my college. After the pandemic hit, I did not hear very good... reviews. Tried the breakfast options and I personally felt there were good number of options. I ordered Onion Uthappam, onionRavva Dosa and Guntur Idli. Both Uthappam and Ravva Dosa were Yum! My go-to place for a meal in Bloomington! Best Indian dishes one can get in all of Central IL, with hot naan on the table as... soon as you need it. Be warned-- this food is so good you won't want to leave leftovers, but the servings are so big you candefinitely enjoy it again at a later time. The atmosphere is welcoming and Bollywood is always playing, and the staff areattentive to dietary needs and simply providing the best experience for their guests.
