Horrible customer service. Multiple pauses while taking the order. They were not paying attention which was confirmed when... pulling up to the window. They were busy chatting with each other rather than taking our order and answering some fairly simplequestions. Our food was cold and incomplete when we got it. No straw, no sauces. Have to say both Popeyes locations in blooming are not worth the money, Popeyes corporate should come and re evaluate both of... these locations, both are giving Popeye a bad reputation, never again will I visit any Popeyes in Bloomington! Terrible service. I have not been to one of these in years. But I always remember how good the food was for a chain chicken... joint. The young man taking our order did good at what he did, but the employee grabbing the food for his orders did not give usour total order, when I came back in I could tell the other employee did not care about being there and was on their cellphoneon the side. Also did not give us spicy chicken but regular, I did not have time to go back through the drive through a 3rdtime. If you go through, double/triple check your order on EVERYTHING!! It will probably be wrong, because they are too busy ontheir phone to care to get your order right at this store during an evening shift. They get 2 stars because the young man wasputting effort into his job, even though I can tell he was a newer employee. Read more
We have no Popeye's within 75 miles of us at home so I always stop at one when traveling. I shouldn't have. I wanted a chicken... sandwich but was told they weren't serving sandwiches today. So I ordered a 3 piece tender. They were tiny, cold, overcookedand anything but tender. Seriously they were more like a deep-fried breaded half slice of bacon. Just terrible. I would havejust thrown them out a window but didn't want to have a buzzard choke on them. The lady that took my order nor the guy whohanded me my order said "Thank You" and there weren't even any napkins included with these greasy little pork skins. Read more
Girl working DT clearly did not want to be there. I don't need the over the top happy but talk where I can hear you and show... the most basic of customer service skills like maybe saying the word hi and thank you at some point in the visit. Asked if Iwanted sauces but didn't put them in the bag. Not sure what I was thinking not checking before I left. Zero napkins orutensils. Again not sure why I didn't check. My fault for giving Popeyes a other chance. At least the chicken was actuallyfresh. Read more
Ordered a 5 piece strip and a 2 piece strip with shrimp 2 red beans and rice what we received was a 5 piece strip 2 pieces of... shrimp one red beans and rice no biscuit food was cold. Sub-par location. They were out of a lot of things when we visited. Tried the new blackened chicken sandwich which didn't convey... a blackened taste, just looked like an overcooked chicken patty. Still decent, though. Read more
