The past few times I?ve bought pizzas here, I?ve had to wait at least 15 -20 min to get my pizzas with only 3 or 4 people in... front of me waiting for pizzas. Tonight I waited 15 min to get 2 pizzas as 2 employees were prepping pizzas and moving slow and1 employee was working the cash register while holding what looked like an 8 mos. old baby. Nothing was in the small coolersuch as cookie doughs, salads, cheese breads. Apparently they aren?t keeping up with restocking. This particular franchise usedto be pretty awesome with proper staffing and quick service but apparently they must have switched owners or something as thisis no longer a 5 star restaurant. Generally like this place. Good pizza, pretty decent price. Last time I was there, though, the staff seemed to be having a... conflict amongst themselves, and it was awkward and uncomfortable. A male staff person could not keep his mouth shut withrespect to a female staff member who was present, and it was obnoxious. Definitely seemed unprofessional and tainted my view ofthis place. I still like their pizza, but was not impressed with how staff handled this interaction. Read more

I ordered online about an hour & a half before I wanted to pick up. It wasn't ready when I got there, 10 mins. after I said I... would be there. Place was packed with only 3 employees working. Plus one of the workers kept checking his phone. By the way, thepizza was great as usual. Read more
