I was really impressed, it filled the void in my stomach, but I only ordered the bacon burger and chilli. We've stopped at this location a couple of times now while traveling through the area. The food is classic Culver's, but the... service is far from it. On each of our drive through visits we've experienced extended waits for our food order. On this visit,we ordered inside and I waited for over 20 minutes for a simple single butterburger and an order of chicken tenders. I watchedmultiple customers who ordered after me receive their orders and when I asked about our order status, there was confusion. Wewaited over 20 minutes and was given 2 tokens for frozen yogurt for our wait. This was the 3rd strike and we'll never return tothis location and can't recommend it. They have a service problem. 5 stars all the way. I can not say enough great things about this establishment and it's fantastic people that work here! We are... truck drivers and there isn't anything great to eat near the TA except here. We arrived at 7:37pm and the dining room was closedfor unknown reasons, so only the drive thru was open. Thankfully there was a young gentleman on break and I explained thesituation. No more than 2 minutes later, he ushered me in so that I could order! Everyone inside was very kind and accommodatingwith no bs fake attitudes, thank you! Food was cooked fresh as always and very delicious! So I just want to say thank you againto everyone working the evening of July, you truly went above and beyond! So to anyone and everyone in the area, I more thanhighly recommend this restaurant! We dined in. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. It is also kept very clean inside. The food is always made fresh.... It's one of my favorite burger places. If you want a dessert, I strongly recommend the oreo concrete mixer! Everything was sogood! Read more

I enjoy their food very much but I will not give them anything above a one star because the last four times I have purchased my... burger there they have ruined my lunch for work. I simply asked them to put ketchup and mustard on top of my Patty instead of onthe bottom bun because I typically don't have a chance to eat it for at least an hour. By this time the bottom bun is then gluedto the cardboard and completely ruined. Each time that I have brought this up they assured me that that it would not happen thenext time and here we are four times later. Each time I would tell them that they messed it up the previous time and that ifthey don't do it the right way then my lunch for work is ruined but that doesn't seem to matter to anyone there.
