Sent a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Went to pick it up and they said they would be with me shortly. Waited almost 10... minutes, said hello three times with no answer so I pulled around and walked inside. Every aspect of the order was incorrect. Employees smoking right next to the drive thru window (great for kids), and the... management lacks agency. Do yourself a favor and stop anywhere else. Read more
Their hours listed on Google are not accurate. It says open until 11:00 pm. It?s been listed incorrectly for like three years.... I?ve been there twice around 10:20 pm and they have an automated message at the drive through that says to look over the menuand they?ll be right with you. But no one ever takes your order because they actually have all of their grills and fryers off bythen. Employees taking out trash even saw me waiting and didn?t say anything to me about being closed. If you aren?t open until11 pm, then fix the hours listed online. And why would you have an automated message at the drive through saying you?ll be rightwith the customer when you aren?t even open? There was only 3 people working but they were very polite, orderly, and doing very well to get the lunch hour rush as prompt as... they could. Food was cold. Ice machine was down and instead of telling us that when we ordered they just handed us a room-temp pop which we... had to just throw away. This burger king is inside of a gas station - we were just passing through on our way to Wisconsin andso needed to use the bathroom. Inside the bathroom there were 2 dead roaches! Technically it's the gas station bathroom - butit's all still in the same building! Read more

Wasn't a fan. Couldn't get a crispy chicken sandwich because they said no fried food but yet we could get onion rings. (??) The... bun on my burgers were kinda hard. Cheese was left off one cheeseburger. The onion rings were good at least. Read more
