Sent a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Went to pick it up and they said they would be with me shortly. Waited almost 10... minutes, said hello three times with no answer so I pulled around and walked inside. By the time I pulled around parked andwalked inside the car behind me was at the second window. Wasn't in the store 5 minutes and got my food. Read more

Their hours listed on Google are not accurate. It says open until 11:00 pm. It?s been listed incorrectly for like three years.... I?ve been there twice around 10:20 pm and they have an automated message at the drive through that says to look over the menuand they?ll be right with you. But no one ever takes your order because they actually have all of their grills and fryers off bythen. Employees taking out trash even saw me waiting and didn?t say anything to me about being closed. If you aren?t open until11 pm, then fix the hours listed online. And why would you have an automated message at the drive through saying you?ll be rightwith the customer when you aren?t even open? There was only 3 people working but they were very polite, orderly, and doing very well to get the lunch hour rush as prompt as... they could.
