Not only was my BBQ delicious, cooked to perfection, my sides were flavorful and a good addition, but also I left my purse... behind accidentally, and staff gave it to the owner who put it in his safe. Went in for quick lunch. I got the 1/3 slab, baked potato, and green beans with garlic bread. Best ribs in Central Illinois! My... partner got the pulled pork and sides that was again excellent. It's sad they have great good but poor service and worse management. Had $130 order for take out. Got home and was missing a few... items from the cokes to the whole chicken. Called in to get the order situated with no success. I would have expected either adiscount or voucher for my next order. Management refused to correct their error. Never buying food from them again. Went here for the 1st time and it was the worst experience. The 1 and only waitress was super sweet, we waited 10 minutes to be... seated finally by an employee that was off work and on her way out the door, 40 minutes later our food was brought out bykitchen staff and everything was cold including meat and Mac n cheese, and the meat truly looked overcooked like it probably wasmade earlier in the day and sat in a warmer for hours we advised the waitress and just asked for the check she advised shecouldn't remove anything from the bill and offered to get the manager, the young lady manger advised she could warm the food butcouldn't remove anything as only the owner can authorize that, the table behind us had the same issue and requested she callthe owner.
