Great chicken and the Tuesday deal is awesome
I usually go to a different Juan Pollo in Fontana but since I was close to this one I decided to stop and pick up food. The... potato salad was warm and had gone bad. I had to throw away all 4 of the potato orders they put in my bag. The salsa was mush,def not fresh at all. Tasted bad too. Apart from having nasty food the customer service here is the worse!!! I get it, it?s notyour dream job but at least do it right or do something different. Def don?t recommend this place. Please do yourself a favorand just try a different Juan Pollo. Waste of money. Freaking disgusting. I ordered lunch and opened the box to see someone had already eaten part of the chicken, there were bones... in the box. I contacted corporate and she offered a coupon to replace my food. Lol this is an era of disease covid, monkeypoxand whatever else is coming. No thanks keep your lil coupon I will never eat here again. What manager is ok with their employeeseating around food being prepared for the public I will never know. Read more
Use to be a good place to buy food, got disappointed with the food that I purchased today. The chicken under cook when I asked... extra roasted, the salsa (extar spicy) taste like water, they even forgot to put my tortillas in the bag. Read more
In my experience is a very clean place, restrooms were very clean, they have hand sanitizer right before you order which is... awesome ????, customer service is pretty good, and best of all food is DELICIOUS!! Hands down the best chicken . Read more
