Went on a saturday morning was told to leave due to not having enough employees.she used covid as a safety issue, but 2 other... customers where in the store being served. Kept using excuses on why she could not help me such as machine is flooding,she toldme to go to the drive thru.Doesnt make any sense. Either hire more people or fix your machines. Read more
Hands down best location I have ever been to. Every employee I?ve encountered is always friendly. I?ve order from wrong... locations in the app on accident and they take care of it. This may be exaggerating a little but my drink is always perfect, Ihave never had a problem when ordering from them. They even remember my order bc I go there everyday. Read more
Saving me money by being consistently disappointing. I started going here 3-5 times a week during the summer of 2020 when stress... was high, I didn't want to go inside any building, but I didn't want generic fast food. A fruit box and whatever drink I gotthat day was a nice treat and healthy enough that I didn't feel terrible afterwords. I got to know all the staff there and itbecame one of the highlights of my day. Unfortunately over the past 6-12 months the store has lost everyone that I knew (7different employees) and the quality of both the food and service has become dramatically worse to the point that I stoppedgoing. Quick service. Poorly made drinks and for some reason the bananna bread worrys me. I didnt eat the slice of bread for a few... hours and when I went to get it to have the entire bag it comes in had absorbed an incredible amount of grease I believe. Itwas like if you order a triple stack bacon burger from somewhere and keep in the the wrapper too long amount of grease. Blew mymind. Read more
This place cant ever get my drinks right. One day its good the next it isn't. Management has made it right a couple of times but... i rather go somewhere else to avoid unforseen disappointment. For The the prices I would expect to have consistency. Not tomention the majority of what you're paying for is a cup of ice!! Read more
Clean and quick service! Friendly cashier. She informed us she was new and needed patience. She was smiling and friendly. I... personally have a hard time trying to figure out what to order so having a nice women like her put me at ease. Ourcoffee/lemonade was made fast and was delicious. I repeatedly went up to get my drink remade because it tasted disgusting and I kept asking if I can make it sweeter but they... were actively ignoring me and my friends. The drink was so bad all of us barfed and it didn?t taste right, I wanted it to beremade ASAP. My friend?s drink was made badly too and when we asked for hers to get remade they ignored her too. We asked nicelyand no one was serving us. Terrible service tbh. This store is a joke and the employees need to do a better job at making thedrinks and assisting customers.
