I ordered a pizza online. The time for delivery was 65 minutes. After 1-1/2 hours, I called and was told that the pizza should... be there within 10 minutes. It was, however, the pizza was cold. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks around 6. They said delivery within the hour and it took almost an hour and 20 minutes. The... order was wrong so we called and they said they?d send the breadsticks. Over an hour later and we got dry, barely warmbreadsticks (which matched the pizza we had earlier). I called the manager in Bloomingdale and he cared very little. Offering a$10 credit and very unapologetic for the mistake. I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business to the manyother pizza joints in the area. Read more
wow ordered today with coupon for mother?s day ! what a complete waste ! It doesn?t taste like the ?real pizza ? at all !... assuming because i used the coupon they did the bare minimum with sauce and cheese and sausage . I order from here all the timeand the pizza i ate today did not taste at all like the pizza i order all the time ! also don?t waste money on the. ceaser salad, a few pieces of lettuce a sprinkle of parmesan and cheap cubed chicken ! DON'T ORDER FOOD HERE!!! Just spoke the the manager today January 7th, 2022 about getting food poisoning from their food, and... she told me, "Well, that could have been anything..."! Unbelievably terrible customer service, WORST EVER! She needs to get somebetter training or find a new job. Next step is reporting them to the foodsafety.org and local food service inspector. I orderedtwelve bbq wings, and a twelve inch gluten free Italian beef, garlic, and basil pizza. It was my first time, and the gluten freewas gross, and btw not enough cheese or sauce to cover the pizza. Cheap and cutting corners too? The wings had unusual colorinside, but I figured it must have been cooked well enough. That night and the following day I was vomiting and had diarrhea,and it was terrible. Read more
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks online. I was told the food would be delivered in about 50... minutes after the order (originally 30-40 minutes but received an update) no issues with that part. 2 hours after I placed theorder and an hour after the food was supposed to arrive I called Rosatis. I talked to one person who I explained my issue to andshe transfered me to the front desk. I was on hold for about a minute then explained my situation again and asked for an updatedeta. I was told 15-20 minutes AFTER I HAD ALREADY WAITED AN HOUR PAST MY DELIVERY TIME. I was not asked my name or my order orfor any personal information. Magically the food appears roughly 5 minutes later barely even warm. I waited over an hour outsideof my estimated delivery window to receive cold pizza with no apology or anything. Read more
I ordered these cheesy breadsticks on the doordash app from this Rosatis based on the picture below however the 2nd picture of... the French bread with cheese is what I got. I called and girl on phone was horribly rude, said its the apps fault for posting apicture of something they don't sell and there is nothing they can do about it. I asked for my $5 back for the falseadvertising and they said no. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again because of that rude girl. Shedoesn't belong working there. Read more
Girl on the phone lacks customer skills, rude. Waited 1:15 minutes for one pizza, only 1/2 mile away. Pizza was cold & it was... dropped, see pic. Really awful service for overpriced food. Waste of time & money at this place. Read more
So I ordered an 18" sausage pizza and it was probably the worst pizzas I've ever had from a restaurant. Literally tasted like an... oversized frozen pizza from the grocery store; not one of the fancy ones either, one of the 4 for 10$ kind. Honestly superdisappointed, because I love Rosati's to death and had fantastic experiences at other restaurants, but avoid this place. Read more
