Edit: The website didn't work so I called instead. I was told that they could NOT take any orders because it was too busy and I... should call back in 15 minutes. I repeated it back to make sure I didn't hear wrong and was then told to hold so someone elsecould take the order. While I waited I tried the site again since I already had an order in the cart. It worked thankfully (5thtry) because I had been on hold for quite some time. No one ever came back to the phone. I hung up after I got my receipt forthe online order. I haven't been back to this place since my last review below. I can say with confidence that I'm over thisplace. The food is ok, but this location blows. McAllister's and Jersey Mike's are right up the street with more options, better service, and comparable food quality. 2021: I ordered a sandwich and salad for delivery and waited over 2 hours. Icalled about the delivery and she was very nice about it. Apparently the door dash person "left the food outside" instead ofringing the doorbell to deliver the food. There was no food at my door, or mailbox, or even the side of the house. So imguessing the doordash person just stole it since packages are often left all day at my door and we never have issues withsomeone else taking our packages or mail. (shrugs) The restaurant itself was great. I was able to get a refund. But be carefulor have a back up plan if you're ordering delivery. The drivers are not 100%. Read more

They are consistently closed early, and if you place an order online when they are closed, they refuse to give you a refund or a... sandwich the next day and insist that you go through customer service to get a refund on a 7 dollar order instead of simplymaking a sandwich without talking to the other manager to make sure that you didn't actually pick up the order Edit: they havedone nothing to resolve this issue, and customer service gave me a runaround. I went into the store a second time, and wastreated identically. This is the treatment you get after hundreds of dollars in pickup orders: no refund, and nothing but "talkto customer service BECAUSE OUR STORE WAS CLOSED OUTSIDE OF LISTED HOURS." Read more

The food is not exceptional but it is good. The staff for the most part if friendly. The ordering process leaves something to... be desired. I would not recommended PB to a mom with kiddos in tow or soccer team celebratory lunch. In the 21st CenturyInformation Age that we live in there is no reason why a customer should have to repeat their order twice; once upon orderingand again at the cash register. I really enjoy the sub sandwiches also the soup is really good? and now they have different sizes of Subs which is pretty cool... and I noticed they've been filling a lot of catering orders???? it's definitely a plus that the Wi-Fi's fast and the food isgood and the staff is friendly. Read more

I've came to this location several times but to be honest most recent experience was shockingly bad, I understand staff shortage... n new employees in the team. I really wish this place had a simpler ordering process. It takes you 3x to repeat your order. Once to the person making the... sandwich, once to the topper, once to the cashier. If they had a ticket system, or cashier first, wouldn?t require you to repeatyourself 3 times. Other than that, the sandwiches are decent. Nothing special. Taste wise; good. Prices are a bit pricier thanother sand which joints. Menu has quite a bit of options. Inside could use some work. There was a few dirty tables. Staff waspretty friendly. Read more
