I don?t know what happened, but the quality of food has gone down at this location in the last few months. Most recently, I... ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. I got a pile of noodles with meat and a mushroom. I think they drained all the sauce tosave it for someone who ordered marinara only ???? Read more

As always Lou's is great pizza. Unfortunately this store cannot provide food that is up to the standards that one expects. ... They have a pattern of providing disgustingly greasy pizza that is soggy, falls apart, and was just made carelessly. Forwhatever reason it's like they over grease their pans or dump grease straight on to it. I have received orders that are justfine from this and several other stores. Hell I've picked up pizza with a longer transport time their delivery time and thosepizzas all come out fine. Only store and only sometimes are they just completely incapable of making a pizza...first 7/2021 andagain 10/2021. Lou's Team - I've already reached out on Twitter and await their response....but clearly the store is poorly ranand cannot maintain a consistent quality. I'm expecting a full and complete refund for this one. Update - 4/2022. Yet anotherissue back in February, after several weeks I finally got a voicemail from one of the managers, I called back they apologizedand said a coupon would be sent out, but none was ever received. I have no idea how this store is so bad. Corporate should beashamed. Read more

Malnati's pizza was always a special treat, very amazing albeit pricey pizza. Primary reason we'd only have it occasionally.... Sadly, since the company sold/reorganized it's just not the same. Still good pizza no doubt, but no longer worth the expense.Crust seemed thiner, less plumb tomato sauce is used as well. Apparently their new partners have implemented cost cuttingmeasures... Sadly, as a result, Lou's has become just another pizza. Read more
