Ordered online with my MyMike's account. Clearly they had my phone number. No one called to say...We dont have your sea salt... chips. I walked in to pick it up no said. We dont have your sea salt chips pick another bag. They just let me take my bagwithout a word or a thank you for your business and gave me salt and vinegar chips (odd choice). Didn't notice until i got backto the office and now cant go back. I called and spoke to manager and she just said they thought it was an Uber order. I wouldassume they can tell it's a myMikes account vs. Uber, but I'm not 100% sure. She was not apologetic at all. She did agree togive me my money back next time, but that was my solution. Im a regular here but its always a mess so i ask can they put new paper down for me & its always a problem. to the point they... know me & my order when they see me. I tip well all the time also. Just so they can prep my food in a clean area.Yet i alwayshave to argue with the food prep/ cashier intensively if they aren?t the ppl who recognize me as a regular. just because i likemy bread put on a new sheet of clean paper, instead of sitting my bread on the steal table where they spray sanitizer on itconstantly to clean that area through out the shift. & it still be a mess back there. Why does my cleanliness bother them somuch? I thought that was the standard with all the viruses going around. They were very rude & taunting over my simplepreferences. I will be contacting corporate & the better business bureau. Like really if you can?t do your job there?s many pplwho can & willing to do it nicely with great customer service. The cashier girl continued to argue with me over my preferences &she expressed that she was happy that she was able to make me angry. very poor customer service from her & my favorite place todine. I?ve worked in fast food & deli also. #1 rule is you never argue with a customer over a simple preference. that im sure isin the handbook as something that should be done mandatory with or without the customer asking. Though i do not know her nameshe continued to taunt me & pulled out her phone & started recording videos. Shes white/spanish hoop nose ring through themiddle if her nose & tattoos that read 1971 on one arm & a similar one on the other arm I believe it says 1986 not sure butshe?s very rude & needs to retake the class on customer service and sanitary cleanliness in a restaurant. I could have been asecret health inspector & with that extremely poor service I received & poor cleanliness in the restaurant along with how shetreated me. You would have failed. But hey im just a consumer spending my hard earned cash ill just go elsewhere. Read more

8/11 - 5:50PM. I come to this location frequently but will probably be taking my business to a different location. Their... employee, Olivia, was not wearing a hat to cover her incredibly long hair, was wearing airpods while she was preparing my orderand after trying to get her attention to correct my order, her coworker had to grab her attention for me. She also lookedvisibly annoyed that I asked her to fix my order, as I asked for a giant and she only cut me a regular. This is not the firstincident. Read more

I like Jersey Mike?s but I don?t like this location. They don?t follow restaurant protocol. Their work area is a mess. They... don?t keep it clean and it?s disgusting to say the least. Seems like the employees there don?t care a bit about food serviceetiquette. Last time I ever step foot at this location. I?d prefer to go to the Bartlett one where they keep it very clean andservice is friendly. Read more

We like to get food here every now and then, but it?s always a great experience. The employees they have working there are... always doing a great job with prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Never anyone just standing around even when it?s not busy. Read more

I've loved Jersey Mikes for over 7 yrs now because of the quality of their sandwiches and the customer service. At the... Bloomingdale location, it was apparent that management had changed. Covid 19 changed a lot of things, so I understand. But, itwas no longer welcoming and quality control was not up to par. After 1.5 yrs of avoiding them, I decided to try again. Dominique was so pleasant and accommodating. She, at nd her fellow employee, made we want to go back again! Read more

It's the first time I try this place. I really liked it. Cold cuts are sliced in front of you. Everything looks fresh and taste... great. The employee who took my order was a little inpatient and looked annoyed by my questions. Even though I mentioned it wasmy first time and I was order for 7 people. Regardless I really liked the subs and would definitely eat from here again. Read more
