i really tried to refrain from making a review but i really cant keep going here. i kept giving this location the benefit of the... doubt bc its the only one on my way to work but they only get my order right and make everything right about 40% of the time.They have given me frozen bagel bites, theyve given me the wrong kind of bagel, theyve made my coffee with mostly milk andbarely any coffee. i feel bad for the employees who work there as theres been times i go and theres only been 1 person runningthe store. today i ordered and the person on drive thru was rude when i was placing my order, my coffee doesnt have ANY frenchvanilla and my bagel barely has cream cheese. its a shame, i shouldnt have to go so far out of my way just to go to anotherdunkin that will get my order right.
