I ordered two bowls online on the chipotle app, one for myself and one for my mother. On my bowl I asked extra chicken and paid... for extra chicken but still got the normal amount. In my mothers bowl they filled it half way with rice when we specificallyasked for no rice on her bowl ,since it messes with her stomach. We also ordered black beans and there was no beans in her bowl.My mother couldn?t even eat her bowl since it was half way filled with rice and most of it was just vegetables. We are deeplyupset at how our bowl turned out. I don?t recommend going to this chipotle location. Read more
I normally go to this Chipotle but recently both picking up and delivery when I get my food my burrito was super small missing... ingredients. Or the burrito looks like its smashed and falling apart. I ordered delivery and thought I'd give the Bloomingdalelocation a try again and this time I ordered a steak burrito and go to eat it and no steak in it at all. So I paid the of moneyfor rice and lettuce in a burrito wrap. This location use to be hands down the best and everything was on point. Now I don'tknow what happened. My coworkers and I ordered multiple burrito bowls today. Found a 1 inch, very thick metal bolt in the rice in one of the... bowls!!! No way to phone the store. Only an automated answering service! Lucky thing we work in a hospital where the bolt couldhave been retrieved if swallowed! Too bad it was in the doctors food though! Read more
Where's the beef? I normally have good experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this was my first and last time ordering at... this location. I ordered a barbacoa burrito to go online, and once I began eating it at home, I found nothing except for riceuntil I got over halfway through the burrito. There were a few miniscule pieces of barbacoa towards the bottom of the burrito,but it contained about 1/4 of the meat a typical burrito receives at other locations. Placed an order today. As you may see, the things I wanted are on the top part of the container. I didn?t get any salsa both... green and red, I didn?t get Pinto beans and instead, I got black beans. I got some kind of a fajita veggies and lettuce whichare both not on the list. Very disappointed. I understand, they might be short staffed but that shouldn?t be a reason to putstuffs that aren?t even on the lists. I hope the management are going to fix this. Read more
Worst location i order from, closest to my house Always has portions problems. In the picture are 3 bowls with extra steak. ... What you see is all there is. My advice is go to different locations. Im not coming back, its not a one time thing happens eachtime. Read more
