After seeing John Chidsey on CNN speaking of all of the changes that have been made I was interested to try Subway for the first... time in 6 years again. I visited my local store with the thought that I would order about 8 subs to feed my visiting family aswell as to give us all the chance to retry the sandwiches to see if there was truly a difference. We were all quite eager totaste the new "refreshed sandwiches". I was even more excited when I entered the store to see that there were no customerswaiting on sandwiches that would be impeded or delayed by what I thought to be a rather large order. There was just oneattendant and a person I believe to be a visiting friend of her based on the fact that they were in a very famailierconversation. The subway staff member seem very annoyed by my presence and interruption to her conversation and even more upsetwhen I advised I would want several sandwiches. Because it had been so long since I had been to subway I had a couple ofquestions about the menu to which she grimaced at me and told me and mumbled something in audibly. I eventually made out theanswer when she snapped the response at me again. I figured that realistically she was feeling a bit overwhelmed with thethought of making that many sandwiches and the fact that I imagine more people are coming in with the new advertisementscirculating so I gave her a smile and apologized for her having to repeat herself. To which she responded with nothing. Shefinished the sandwich and I began telling her what we required for the second sandwich. This time she visibly rolled her eyes atme and all but yelled what type of bread. At this point I was sufficiently frustrated and told her that her personality wasfrankly flawed I asked for the store number and the corporate number which she refused so I just left. This store and the app to pick up is horrible! You can NOT edit if you make a mistake, you can NOT get someone to answer the... phone to cancel or correct anything the app doesn't let you..Customer service left a sour taste in my mouth for sure! not tomention my whole order was not correct- no one was willing to fix anything without me spending more money when they could havesimply answered the phone or modify their app settings.. It is the Subway located on Woodward just north of Square lake Rd., Bloomfield,Mi. 48302. Or if I could give this place a zero stars I would. I paid $10 for a sub and I don?t even get the full amount of meat on my sub... they?re cheap. I would ask for extra black olives and I would get a normal serving. When I would ask for a little bit extra thegirl would only grab less than five sliced olives. please just don?t go here save your money. Worst experience at a subway. Read more
