We got here just during the start of lunch rush. This was my very first time at this Subway and I wont be coming back. We were... the only ones in line and it took a minute for the two girls behind the counter to finish their conversation before we could beacknowledged. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and the meat was put straight on the sub before I could even say I dont want ittoasted. My husband on the other hand was asked right away if he wanted his toasted or not. When it came to getting veggies onthe subs we were really short on options because according to one girl she didnt cut any veggies. After sitting here to eatlunch we realized that customers cant grab napkins themselves and must ask the staff for them. Staff is so unprepared a customerwas told the grab her drink lid from under the counter because they just had non out. I think it's acceptable to be a little outof stuff after a lunch rush since I've worked in alot of fast food. However its completely unacceptable to be that I'll preparedbefore lunch. i have been there twice and will not go back. First time the store was false advertising with a excuse. They gave the excuse... of "we have got gotten our new signs yet." Second time they had terrible service that i simple just walked out. Thisplace is not worth the head ache for fast food. Read more

The first girl that was waiting on me had a poor attitude, threw things around, slamming the cooler doors , and only put tuna on... half of my sub. The next lady down the line started arguing with the cashier for five minutes and then looked at me like I wasin the wrong when I asked her to make my sandwich and stop arguing so that I could get back to work. Needless to say, I walkedout at that point. I'll pay you extra dollar fifty at the Rio wraps next door for professional service and food that tastes muchbetter. Read more

By far the best experience i have ever had at any other Subway. The new manager is really shaping the place up. It is clean and... all the food looks so fresh. Loved it deffently will be back. Read more

There are three people in line including me and I waited half-hour and still no food so I left. It's been like this the last... three times I've gone I just couldn't wait for mediocre food at best. If there was a lot of people in a long line I understandbut there were people in the back laughing and one person out the front. I will not be going here anymore Read more

Absolutely the worst experience. We got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the chicken tasted like skunk. My son could barely... take a bite without gagging. You thought he was being dramatic until I almost vomited from one piece. My other son got a pizzathat was soggy and half frozen. I should have seen the red flags when the food trays all looked old and dried out. The tunalooked scary, brown and crusty. The onions looked almost like they could walk out on their own. The cheese slices were driedout. Absolutely horrible!!! We will never go to this subway again. Read more

I walked in with no line. God knows why I still waited 2 full minutes for someone to ask me what I want while there was 3 on... staff. Anyways, after she finished making my sub, instead of ringing me up, the lady proceeded to make another sub. I asked herkindly if she would ring me up before she starts another sub and made it clear that I was late for work and that is the reason Iasked. She scoffed and gave a highly unprofessional attitude to a usual customer. I used to own and work in the food businessand will be the first to tell you it is NOT easy. But, professionalism and kindness is the first thing you need to keep yourjob. If I'm the owner, that lady is fired on spot. Read more
