This is the worst Starbucks location I?ve ever been to. Ordered regular hazelnut coffee and no one was inside. The 3 employees... just continued talking while one made online orders. After about 5 minutes I said something and they Duvall made my coffee andof course since no one there is paying attention they made it wrong! Literally the worst and slowest starbucks. 4 workers, 2 standing giggling, 1 sweeping, 1 doing nothing but leaning. Meanwhile... its been 15 mins and still waiting for 2 drinks. This place is horrible. Read more

Do yourself a favor?go to a different Starbucks! This one BY FAR is the worst I have ever been to. I waited for over 45 minutes... for a mobile order. I asked the lady if they even received it. She told me yes and they were working as fast as they could?meanwhile 3 out of the 4 workers there were standing around talking. They maybe made one drink every 3-4 minutes. I have NEVER seenanything like it! Never ever will I go back there. I even asked to cancel my order and refund me and she wouldn?t do it. I'll give them 2 stars. One star because to my surprise they were actually OPEN!!! Normally they're closed by 11:50 a.m. due... to being short staffed. The second, because the staff were pleasant to the customers. However, speaking of staff, there wasone worker doing EVERYTHING! She was taking orders, money and making food and drinks all by herself. The restaurant waspacked with at least 14 customers and it appeared she was the only worker in the restaurant. I thought I heard someone talkingin the back and it wasn't until she had to ask for help that not one but two other ladies came from the back. As if that wasn'tfrustrating enough, one of the workers from the back began criticizing the only worker up front telling her she needed to cleanup. Really??? How about that for team work??? Horrible! Came to pick up an order for a Uber eats customer. I walked in to a male customer complaining about his order-- he was given the... wrong size drink & they gave him a $4 gift card for their mistake. Then when it was my turn, no one greeted me nor offered tohelp me. I had to grab one's attention & stated that I'm Uber eats & provided the ID of the order. The lady pointed me to theend, saying that mobile orders are placed there when they're ready. The order wasn't ready. Two of them couldn't find it in thesystem & had me confirm that I was at the right address as if I showed up to the wrong location. One yelled out, oh it's herethen went on to make the order. Used to be excellent. Now expect at least a 20-30 minute wait per order. Mobile ordering ahead does nothing for your wait times.... They need to pay better and hire more staff. UPDATE: They hired more people who just stand around staring at customers insteadof making orders. Read more

Wouldn't recommend. Not your average "work" style Starbucks. I went in and they told me no sandwiches were being made today. So... I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte. Total was $5.04. Im assuming because they only had 2 employees working and only one knewhow to make coffee, they were sticking to coffee that day. The woman on the register, sassy, only knew to count change. The linewas already quite long but they younger woman was working as fast as she could. Poor thing. If you domt have the staff, don'tbother opening. This location is way too busy to actually service so many people. Read more
