The lettuce is brown, the chicken patty looks like its been sitting all day and the bun is hard.
Menu gives one price, the total rang up to almost double. Apparently the prices changed "an hour ago" but they didn't have... staff to go outside and change the electronic menu board (hard to believe since the orders ring up on the computer to theoutside screen). Went through the drive thru and placed my order. I had my boyfriend and son check the bags to make sure we got everything we... ordered which we didn?t so had to turn back around. Get there go inside and explain why we are missing so thinking the got itagain they miss understand and got it wrong again. Read more
Just because they are Bloomfield Hills doesn't mean they should jack the prices up for every little thing. Seriously, it used to... be $0.60 for extra mac sauce on the Big Mac, which already feels high, but they just bumped it up to $1. Seriously? And it's nota lot extra. If i pay a dollar for extra sauce, it should be swimming in it. Other ridiculousness: 50 cents for mayo or extrapickles. Pure greed Read more

Hands down the worst ever?.. after waiting almost 20 mins for a ice coffee in line though the drive though they said the need... more time and asked me to park in spot one. At waiting 5 for mins FOR A BLACK ICE COFFE no cream or sugar?. I pulled awaycoffeeless. I can?t wait in line for 30 mins for a subpar coffee. Truly awful service. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac and large coke at the drive through. 820 pm 11-07-22. I had to wait for my Big Mac. When I got it, it... was COLD! Really!!!!! I have to wait for a burger that was sitting on a shelf somewhere? To top it off, no napkins. Service at the speaker was great, and as usual, the coke was cold and fizzy like it should be. Read more
