These guys are awesome! Finally someone who took the time to explain to me the small print on the menu that was responsible for... why I was always getting tomato and mayo on my sandwiches when I didn?t see it in the description of my menu. Additionally,they were quick, very polite and overall the type of people who make you want to come back here again. I never have a bad experience when I pick up food from this location, but ordering delivery from here is an absolute nightmare!... I continue to try again and continue to regret it, and this is now the 4th order in a row where I have waited almost 2 hours formy food to arrive. There is no excuse for it when my order takes 3 minutes to make and my location is less than 10 minutes away. Read more
Don't order delivery from this place. My office is 2.3 miles from the restaurant. I ordered my food at noon, and didn't get it... until 2pm. I tried to call the store 6 times and did not get a single answer. Read more
3/17 Update: Jimmy Johns was awesome! Two individuals actually responded to my inquiry and they mailed me a $10 gift card. I?ll... be giving them another shot. Thanks for the great customer service! Had a veggie sandwich delivered and it?s missing the mainingredient...the LETTUCE!!! How does that happen?!? Definitely not worth the $10 I just paid for it. It's a very unprofessional establishment. Has very loud and obnoxious employees that everyone can hear in the restaurant, saying... lewd and inappropriate things to each other. It makes the dining experience for customers inside very uncomfortable. Plusinstead of taking orders and helping customers feel welcome, they are all on their phones for everyone to see and makes you feellike a burden forcing them to do the job.
