Ordered pizza with Jalapeños. When I made it to the shop, I found out they never put the order in to their system. They offered... to make it, but I?d have to wait 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, they gave me a pizza, but got the order wrong and addedpepperoni for no reason?I had to return that pizza, and it was at close, so I couldn?t do anything. Total waste of time. This is mine and my husband?s favorite Jet?s Pizza location. The staff is so good to us here, not to mention the pizza and deli... boats are always made to perfection. Take out and delivery - either one you choose, they will get it right. We started cominghere with a ?welcome to the neighborhood? certificate and we haven?t tried another pizza location since. Disasters app and website. Spent 40min to get the order to process to no avail! Store was no help. Jets, since you are not... ready for the app-web services, don't advertise for it unless you are ready! Customers time is just as valuable especially whenhungry. Tough trade as it is! Read more
Make sure to never use postmates!! We ordered a pizza at 7:30pm, called jets they said our pizza had been picked up. An hour... later postmates cancelled our order because no one was available to deliver. Then we called Jets back talked to a differentperson and they said that they never received our order from postmates. Read more
