I'm torn about how to rate this Jersey Mike's. While it was everything I expected walking in, it's not my preferred location. I... was in the area and needed a quick lunch fast, and since I enjoy their subs, I stopped in on a whim. Walking in, I already kindof knew what I was going to get. I always get the #9 without bacon, but I still like to review their menu to see if there's anychanges or weekday lunch specials. (hey, you never know!) I'm also a Jersey shore points member, so going here on the regularhelps me earn free subs. Plus, their foods consistent and that's great. The guys behind the counter were helpful and got myorder correct. I went with the mini #9 (no bacon) and a soft drink since I was dining in. (to far of a drive home and I wasliterally starving.) Food came out great, service was quick and food was just as I ordered. The down side? Place could haveused a good cleaning for the seating area. Looks like it may have gotten hit during the weekday lunch rush and nobody hadbothered to wipe down the tables. I'm not OCD about it or anything, but the few open tables all had crumbs on them. Plus, theyhave a lot of two tops here, so seating's tight. Even sitting by myself I felt a bit squished. Anyway, I come to this side oftown semi regularly whether it's to see my dad, hit Nino's or eat at the restaurants in the area, so I'm sure I'll be back inone fashion or another. Very dirty rest room. Staff was not friendly at all. I left when I saw the rest room and I was treated like a bother! Never... eating there and Do Not recommend this location At ALL!!! Read more

I love the JM product. But this particular store gets a special order sandwich build wrong more often than right. I double and... triple check my online order. But then this store builds it wrong. And then I compare what they built to my receipt; stillwrong. This store needs to pay better attention. Read more

I had high hopes for this place, as I love JMs and it's perfectly located between my jobs. Today, and for the 2nd time in under... a month, I have ordered a giant sub from the grill and paid for one, only to have an employee bring me a regular size sub. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to wait for them to start over, so I've had to lose money on it, as no refund of anykind has been offered. I hope they enjoyed the extra money they got from me for doing this. Needless to say, I won't bereturning to this poor location and will happily take my business elsewhere. Very poor form. Read more

This place is horrible. Not jersey mikes, just this location. Always takes forever.the bread never tastes fresh and feels old.... Last time I was in there was it for me. The bread was old tasting again,, they over cooked the meat till it was so dry again andthe amount of mayo is ridiculous again!!! After scraping most of the mayo of I still could barely choke it down and ended upspitting out half the sub and tearing most of the bread apart to discard the harder parts. I will pass this one to go to the onea mile more down the road for now on. The few times I've gotten a sub from the further location has been so much better. Read more
