Owner was so sweet! We got there just after closing but the kids really wanted ice cream and we drove 30 minutes. She let us... in and we got our ice cream!!! Above and beyond. Read more
The people who work here are not trained properly. They put the wrong ingredients in my ice cream and they speak so quiet you... can barely hear them. They don?t even understand what you are ordering. They?re asking me what was in the thing I just ordered.Do better and train your employees. Read more
My son and I have driven up here to see family while I'm on vacation. We bought 2 milkshakes and they were delicious.
Never stays open to what is stated online, usually closes several hours early. Staff has been extremely rude on times we have... came in while they were ?closed?, all while serving other customers. One day my son was so excited to get ice cream, and waslooking at the flavors (he?s only 2) and they rudely yelled at my husband that he needed to get out because they wereclosed. They could of simply served them (especially since we bike ride up there every time so it?s not a quick ride) and couldof maybe turned a closed sign on..locked the door?the usual things you do to show customers you are closed. Bottom line is,there?s no need to be rude to customers and make them feel bad for coming in for ice cream 3 hours before closing. Read more
